This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of ZendSoft Host services. By using our services you agree
not to engage in any of the activities below.
1. Prohibited Content & Activities
- Hosting or distributing illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent material.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays.
- Infringing intellectual property or distributing pirated software/media.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities immediately.
- Activities that violate applicable Indian or international law.
2. Network Abuse
- Port scanning, denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.
- Any activity that disrupts other customers or our infrastructure.
3. Resource Usage
Resources allocated to your plan are dedicated to your service. Excessive abuse that degrades shared
infrastructure may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
5. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@zendsoft.com.
