These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting services provided by ZendSoft Host, a division of ZendSoft (zendsoft.com) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Cloud hosting services as described on our website. Service specifications, resources, and pricing are listed on the relevant plan pages and may be updated from time to time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Services are offered on a monthly or annual billing cycle and are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Discount coupons are subject to their individual validity periods, usage limits, and eligibility conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Coupons hold no cash value.
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, hosting illegal content, and network abuse.
We target 99.9% uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZendSoft Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use or inability to use the services.
We may suspend or terminate your services for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your services at any time from your account dashboard, subject to the Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
