Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

New VPS and Cloud hosting orders are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests made within 7 days of the first purchase of a plan are eligible for a full refund.
• Renewals are non-refundable after the renewal date.
• Setup fees, add-ons, and one-time charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zendsoft.com with your order number (e.g. ZSH-XXXXXXXX) and the reason for your request, or open a ticket from your account dashboard.
